a little ABOUT me

Based in beautiful Portland Oregon, I travel for assignments across the U.S. and Worldwide. Lifestyle, sports, and outdoor photography are my main specialties.

Creating observant, interesting, and engaging images has been in my blood since 12 years of age and my Step-Dad gave me an old hand-me-down 35mm camera. 

After attending Art Center College of Design as a Film Major, I migrated here to beautiful Oregon and embarked on a soaring career shooting advertising & editorial work for clients worldwide.

I am also a filmmaker and founder of the acclaimed production company Limbo Films. In the video world, I am a respected Director, Cinematographer, and Editor. Click to see what we are up to at Limbo Films.

Over the years there have been dozens of awards and accolades, the most notable is my well known NIKE 'Wings' poster of NBA legend Michael Jordan being included in the permanent collection of the Library of Congress.

Most importantly, I am the proud father of four terrific grown kids and 2 grandkids. Also a slave to my dog ‘Blue’ and hopeless idiot for tacos.
